The 2 young men who showed up to treat our home were knowledgeable & friendly, plus they called & asked if they could show up earlier then scheduled appointment time, answered all my questions & some helpful advise & reminded me of their 1 year warranty. I'm very happy with their service & their office staff as well

Last week I received a call from Rigo Pest Prevention reminding me to have a termite inspection. I said, it's doubtful whether I have them. The inspection showed evidence of Subterranean Termites in a garage space without any wood. I was shocked! Fortunately, Alec, the Lead Termite Technician was available to do the Termite Extermination. He and his crew knew exactly what to do and did not damage walls with treatment sprays. Both the interior wall and the exterior walls were treated. They were fast and efficient. And, Alec called and said they were ahead of their schedule and offered to do the extermination earlier if we were available. YES! What a relief to take care of this problem. Thank you Alec. Thank you Rigo for reminding me to have this inspection.

Del did a great job! Took time to explain the process and types of critters. Was very thorough and knowledgeable.
