These Terms and Conditions govern the use of services provided by Rigo Pest Prevention, located at 6914 N Camino Martin, Suite 120, Tucson, AZ 85741, phone (520) 727-3226. By scheduling or receiving pest control services, you agree to these terms. Last updated: 2026.
1. Services and Service Area
Rigo Pest Prevention provides residential and commercial pest control services across 15 cities in the Tucson, Arizona metro area. Services include but are not limited to general pest control, termite treatment, scorpion prevention, rodent exclusion, mosquito control, and wood-destroying insect inspection reports. Service availability may vary by location. Call (520) 727-3226 to confirm coverage at your address.
2. Pricing, Payment, and Cancellation
Service pricing is confirmed at the time of scheduling. Payment is collected after the first service is completed. Rigo Pest Prevention does not require long-term or hard contracts for any service. Customers may cancel service at any time without cancellation fees. Money back is provided for services paid for but not yet rendered. Pricing is subject to change with advance notice.
3. Service Warranties and Guarantees
One-time pest control treatments include a 60-day re-treat guarantee. Quarterly recurring pest prevention services include a 90-day re-treat guarantee. If covered pests return within the warranty period, Rigo Pest Prevention will schedule a re-service visit at no additional charge. Warranty coverage applies to the treated property and the specific pest or pests addressed in the original service. Warranties do not apply to new pest issues outside the scope of the original treatment.
4. Limitation of Liability
Rigo Pest Prevention is licensed by the Arizona Office of Pest Management and operates in compliance with applicable state and federal regulations. All products used are Category III, the EPA’s lowest toxicity classification. Rigo Pest Prevention is not liable for damages arising from pre-existing structural conditions, customer failure to follow preparation instructions, or pest activity outside the scope of the contracted service. Liability is limited to the value of the service provided.
5. Governing Law and Contact
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Any disputes arising from services provided by Rigo Pest Prevention shall be resolved in Pima County, Arizona. Continued use of services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
