In Arizona, 90 to 95% of feral bees are Africanized, so we treat every hive that way. Suited technicians and a clear plan for swarms or hidden wall hives.
Your property gets handled whether it is a fresh swarm or a built-up hive. About 90 to 95 percent of Arizona’s wild bees are Africanized, so every hive gets treated that way by default.
Nothing Guessed At, Nothing Skipped
Nothing gets guessed at. Your bees and hive material get removed when removal is possible.
72 Hours for a Swarm, 30 Days for a Hive
An open swarm has a 72-hour guarantee. A hidden hive in a wall has a 30-day guarantee. Getting every bee out of a wall is harder. If activity returns in the guarantee window, we come back at no charge.
No hard contracts. No surprises. Nearly 6,000 Tucson homeowners have experienced the difference since 2008.
72-Hour and 30-Day Guarantee.
An exposed swarm carries a 72-hour guarantee. A hidden wall hive carries a 30-day guarantee, since reaching every bee is harder. If activity returns in that window, we come back at no charge. And a fresh swarm is never the same hive.
Every Hive Treated as Africanized.
Your technician texts on the way and calls when close. That gives you a specific one-hour window to plan your morning around, not a four-hour block. Fill out the form and a real person calls back within the hour during business hours.
Removed When Possible, Not Guessed At.
Treatment is applied directly to the hive, not broadcast across your yard or living areas. Every product is Category III, the EPA's lowest toxicity tier. Treatments stay odor-free, vapor-free, and kid and pet friendly.

Last week I received a call from Rigo Pest Prevention reminding me to have a termite inspection. I said, it's doubtful whether I have them. The inspection showed evidence of Subterranean Termites in a garage space without any wood. I was shocked! Fortunately, Alec, the Lead Termite Technician was available to do the Termite Extermination. He and his crew knew exactly what to do and did not damage walls with treatment sprays. Both the interior wall and the exterior walls were treated. They were fast and efficient. And, Alec called and said they were ahead of their schedule and offered to do the extermination earlier if we were available. YES! What a relief to take care of this problem. Thank you Alec. Thank you Rigo for reminding me to have this inspection.

General Pest Control FAQs. Tucson, AZ
Bee Control FAQs
Does bee control come with a guarantee?
Yes, and the terms depend on the situation. An exposed swarm carries a 72-hour guarantee, and a hidden wall hive carries 30 days. A fresh swarm is not the same hive, and we will tell you so.
Do you remove bees or exterminate them?
In Arizona, almost every feral colony is Africanized, so every hive gets treated as extermination, not live removal. Hidden hives are treated early, between 5 and 7 AM, when bees are least active.
Are Arizona bees really that dangerous?
Roughly 90 to 95 percent of the state’s feral bees are Africanized. They defend aggressively, which is why this is never a do-it-yourself job. Suited technicians handle every hive with the right materials.
How quickly can I get a bee control appointment in Tucson?
Call (520) 727-3226 or fill out the form to get started. A real person calls you back within the hour, during business hours. Return visits between services always get priority.
How much does bee control cost in Tucson?
Pricing depends on your property, whether the hive is exposed or hidden, and the treatment plan. A free inspection is the best place to start. It gives you a clear scope and an honest quote before any work begins.
