Termites and powderpost beetles quietly eat away at structural wood. We inspect, find the source, and treat with proven barriers and baiting before it spreads.
Termites, Beetles, or Carpenter Ants, Confirmed First
Your structure gets inspected first, with treatment targeted at whichever wood-destroying insect is quietly causing damage.
Treatment Targeted, Not One-Size-Fits-All
Your product gets matched to the pest, not applied as a one-size approach.
2 to 5 Years on Termites, Re-Treat on the Rest
Termite work carries a warranty from 2 to 5 years. The length depends on your home size and the treatment used. Other wood-destroying insect work has a re-treat guarantee. If it comes back, we come back.
No hard contracts. No surprises. Nearly 6,000 Tucson homeowners have experienced the difference since 2008.
Warranty and Re-treat Coverage.
Termite treatment carries a warranty starting at 2 years and reaching up to 5. Other wood-destroyer work comes with a re-treat guarantee. If activity returns in that window, we come back at no charge. The work holds, not patched once and forgotten.
Termites and Beetles. Both Covered.
Wood damage comes from more than termites. For subterranean termites, a continuous Termidor HE treated zone goes into the soil with Trelona bait backup. Powderpost beetles in wood are handled on an inspection basis. The method matches the insect found.
Inspected First. Treated Right.
Every job starts with a full structural inspection. Active galleries, mud tubes, and conducive conditions all get found first. Only then does treatment begin, matched to the insect and the damage. Products stay label-compliant and low in toxicity.

Last week I received a call from Rigo Pest Prevention reminding me to have a termite inspection. I said, it's doubtful whether I have them. The inspection showed evidence of Subterranean Termites in a garage space without any wood. I was shocked! Fortunately, Alec, the Lead Termite Technician was available to do the Termite Extermination. He and his crew knew exactly what to do and did not damage walls with treatment sprays. Both the interior wall and the exterior walls were treated. They were fast and efficient. And, Alec called and said they were ahead of their schedule and offered to do the extermination earlier if we were available. YES! What a relief to take care of this problem. Thank you Alec. Thank you Rigo for reminding me to have this inspection.

Wood Destroying Insects FAQs
What warranty comes with wood-destroying insect treatment?
Termite treatment carries a warranty starting at 2 years and reaching up to 5. Other wood-destroyer work comes with a re-treat guarantee. If activity returns in that window, we come back at no charge.
Which wood-destroying insects do you treat?
Subterranean termites and powderpost beetles are the main culprits. Termites get a continuous Termidor HE zone, backed by Trelona bait stations. Powderpost beetles in wood are handled on an inspection basis.
How do I know if I have a wood-destroying insect problem?
Mud tubes, hollow-sounding wood, and small exit holes are common signs. Many cases stay hidden until an inspection finds them. A full structural check confirms what is active before any treatment begins.
How quickly can I get a wood-destroying insect inspection in Tucson?
Call (520) 727-3226 or fill out the form to get started. A real person calls you back within the hour, during business hours. The work itself then gets scheduled around your calendar.
How much does wood-destroying insect treatment cost in Tucson?
Termite treatment typically runs $500 to $3,000 with Termidor HE, and powderpost beetle work is priced on an inspection basis. A free inspection measures the structure so the quote is exact.
